Villa Martinelli

Villa Martinelli is in the island of La Maddalena (Sardinia-Costa Smeralda-Italy) just in front of the other famous island of
Caprera.
The house is located at 50 meters from the sea in a complex of villas (Villaggio Piras) and its main highlights are the wonderful position and the extraordinary view.

In the house there are two fully independent flats (upper and lower) that can be rent separately.They are both fully equipped with their own terrace on the sea. In the upper flat there are 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen
and a living room.

In the lower flat there is one double bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room with the kitchen and under the terrace a small
two single beds room.
In the living area there is also a couch where two children could be accomodated.
